You may change your password for any school account at any time. You must change your password if you have any reason at all to suspect that any of your accounts have been compromised. Our passwords have to meet specific requirements for how complex they are. Click here to review staff password requirements.

About 2-Factor Authentication (Also Called Multi-Factor Authentication)

2-Factor Authentication (2FA), also known as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), is becoming more common with every type of account that has private information - healthcare, banking, email, social media etc. We use 2FA/MFA for WS/FCS accounts as well, and you'll be required to set it up the first time you log in to most accounts. 2FA involves using your phone to receive a code via text or using an app on your phone to get a code as an extra layer of security when you log into an account.

If you ever have trouble with your password for your computer, Google account, or e-mail please contact your media coordinator or call the Tech Service Desk at (336) 727-8300. You can also attempt to reset it on your own from any device using the IT Portal website. Click here to learn how.
