Unlocking the Panel

On your Panel screen after it starts up, you may see a small padlock. Most Panels will unlock just by touching the padlock and swiping up. However, it is possible to set a passcode or PIN, so it may ask for one instead of just unlocking. If someone has done that on your Panel, you can submit a tech ticket to have the Panel reset or the PIN removed. You can still use the Panel in the meantime by following these steps:

1. Swipe down with one finger from the upper right corner.

2. Select "Add Guest."

Finding the Whiteboard App

The icon for the Whiteboard App looks like a blue circle with a white dry erase board and dry erase maker and can sometimes be found in the circle-shaped set of shortcuts on the home screen, but sometimes you have to tap the pink button with the white lines (Pink Menu Button), or the blue button with the white squares (App Manager).

Using the Whiteboard App

The video below will quickly go over the toolbar that appears on the left when you open the Whiteboard App. You might want to immediately know about:

Pen and highlighter (including how to change the width and color)
Eraser
How to change the background (so you can add lines, etc.)

Something the video does not mention is that the Whiteboard App has an Infinite Canvas - you can drag on the Panel with 2 fingers and it will create as much space as you need, infinitely.

Click "Home" in the course navigation menu on the left to return to the home page.

Click "Tech ASAP" in the course navigation menu to return to the page with links to information about tech things you'll want to have done as soon as possible.
